RICHARD HARRIS

Richard Harris served in the Public Safety field for over 17 years. He worked in several areas of the Police and Fire Service including Chief of Department. He has been in the Private Investigation field both in a part time and full time status for over 16 years and has conducted training for Police and Fire Departments for over 25 years, provided private consulting services to Police and Fire Departments for over 20 years and trained and consulted for Private Detectives and Security Officers for more than 16 years. He has authored "Marketing Checklist for the Private Detective and Security Agency", "Red Flags of the Fire Fraud" and "Expert Testimony and the changing Case Laws" as well as many other programs related to the Fire, Police, Private Detective and Security areas. He has served on many National and State Committees in the areas of Investigation and has taught at Colleges and Universities throughout the United States on topics relating to Fire, Police and Private Investigation and Security. He also lectures Internationally on topics relating to Insurance Investigations, Fire Investigations, Expert Testimony and Case Laws, Private Investigations and the Security Sector. He is an Expert Witness in various areas related to Criminal and Civil Court Cases. He is a Licensed Private Investigator in Michigan and Florida, a Certified Fire & Explosion Investigator (CFEI), Certified Fire Investigator Instructor (CFII), Certified Fraud Consultant (CFC) and a Florida Certified Investigator (FCI). He currently conducts investigations throughout the United States and the Caribbean in cases related to Insurance Fraud, Fire, Burglary, Theft, Workers Compensation and Surveillance Investigations. He has investigated more than 5,000 fire related cases involving large and small losses in Industrial, Commercial, Residential, Motor Vehicle, Marine Craft, Mobile Homes and Machinery. LARRY LONGENECKER

Larry Longenecker has over 30 Years of Police & Fire Service background. He has extensive training and experience in Fire Origin & Cause Investigations of Commercial, Industrial, Residential and Motor Vehicles Fires. He has an extensive background in coordination of Fire Investigation Training Classes. He also has a major background in Police Procedures & Tactics as well as Security Service & Guard Consulting. Larry has logged thousands of hours of his own professional continuing education & training as well as participating in and teaching other professionals during his long career. GARY DREYER

Gary Dreyer has served in the fire service for over 16 years. He has served in all areas of the fire service including Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain, Fire Marshal, Fire Inspector, Assistant Chief and currently Chief of Department. Gary has an Associates degree in Fire Science and is completing his BS in Fire Administration. He has extensive hours of education and experience in Fire Investigation, Fire Behavior and Fire Inspection & Investigation, FireGround Command, Fire Fighting, Extrication and Heavy Rescue in the States of Michigan & Missouri, and through training at the National Fire Academy and Western Illinois University. He also is a respected instructor in the fire service for over ten years teaching in the areas of fire investigation and inspection as well as fire fighting tactics. He is certified through the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) as a Fire Inspector (NFPACFI1). Mr. Dreyer is domiciled in Grand Rapids, Michigan. CATHY DREYER

Cathy Dreyer has been a Licensed Registered Nurse for over 10 years and has specialized in emergency medicine and intensive care work. She has training and certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Cardiac Life Support, Intra Aortic Balloon Pump, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy, as well as Care of Critically ill Obstetric Patient. She also has completed and certified as a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant through the "Vickie Milazzo Institute". She is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and National Alliance of Certified Legal Nurse Consultants. Ms. Dreyer is domiciled in Grand Rapids, Michigan. JAVIER PANTOJA

Javier Pantoja is a Florida Licensed Private Investigator and Licensed Security Officer. He has served in positions in Customer Service, Child Counseling and Marketing of Private Detective and Security Agencies. He is currently completing his Associates Degree in Private Detective Services as well as certification courses in Fire Investigation and Insurance Claims Investigations.
